At Petal & Pine, we’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines key information about our shipping times, rates, tracking, and order process — so you always know what to expect.

🌸 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • If your location doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us at shop.petalandpine@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

🌿 Fulfillment & Delivery

 

  • All orders are shipped directly from Kelowna, BC.Delivery typically takes 5-11 business days, depending on your location in Canada.

  • Each item is carefully handpicked and quality-checked before dispatch.

 

⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • During sales or holiday periods, processing time may take slightly longer.

💌 Shipping Rates

*****Free shipping on orders above $150

  • For orders below $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and courier rates
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on courier rates. For Google listings, a flat rate of $15 may appear, but final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout.
  • Express Shipping:
    May be available depending on your location. Rates are calculated at checkout.

⏱ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to  carrier delays.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

⚠️ Shipping Issues

  • Petal & Pine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.
  • email us in case the address after placing the order before shipment. We will try our best to accommodate it. Extra charges may apply depending upon the new location address as per the courier rates.

🧾 Customs & Taxes

  • While we currently ship only within Canada, if international shipping becomes available in the future:
    • Additional duties or taxes may apply, depending on your location.
    • These fees will not be included in your order total and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
